I finished off my blog from yesterday😁
First sighting from the coach😁. If I can climb Snowdon then I can do this🤣

My dream achieved..

This is Ron from our group

I don’t think this picture truly shows how deep the steps are

Ceri on his way to the highest point before the public couldn’t go any further. It was more tiring than I thought it would be. The steps were uneven and very steep at times. Cherril and I were a little wobbly legged I have to say 😂
It had to be done…

Prior to this we whisked past the Bird’s Nest and managed to get a glimpse of this and the Cube😁

We went to the Summer Palace and it was beautiful but way too vast and crowded to really appreciate.

The longest corridor in the world, apparently. I will Google that when I can..

We also visited the jade factory which was very interesting but expensive for a nice piece of jade. ☹

Here’s ying and yang again. Can you remember which one is which🤔

We went to an acrobat show which was excellent. These are the best photos I could get.

Started off with 1 rider and ended up with 6. Brilliant 😁
The evening ended with Peking duck (which used to be the name of Beijing before it became the capital city of China). I think Beijing is a better name than Peking duck personally 🤣

And then a final farewell to our guide, Sean
