So this is Noo Noo the vacuum cleaner in the hotel this morning!

So let me tell you about bookgate! I took a new book with me to read on the coach.  When I’d finished it I went to get a book from the little library on the coach and they were both on the shelf in front of me (see below shelf under my hat).  I left them on the coach overnight as I’d started another book.  The next day my own book was gone!

I didn’t say anything at that point because I thought maybe I’d taken it to my hotel room.  I told Denise about this.  I went up and down the coach looking for my book and couldn’t find it.  I mentioned it to Mel the next day but she wasn’t really interested.  Let’s face it to be honest a missing book versus dealing with 25 passengers! Was not up there on her list of priorities 🙄😆

Fast forward 2 more days and Denise met me in the services and told me she had a ‘present’ for me! She showed me in her bag and there was my book! She noticed another passenger reading my book and when we all got off for a comfort break she took my book and put it in her bag😆

At this point Denise wouldn’t tell me who the lady was that took my book (without my permission RUDE).

The reason she didn’t want to tell me to begin with was because a couple of evenings earlier I had an altercation with the same lady!

So at dinner we were sat as below diagram.  In the middle of the table was this lamp which was about 15 inches high.  It was positioned so that I couldn’t clearly see Peter when he spoke so I moved it to the right a fraction.  Maria (who was Czech by the way with a very strong accent) moved it back saying she couldn’t see Brenda! I moved it back again saying I couldn’t see Peter.  It was like a game of chess! In the end Denise took it and put it to her left hand side. Next night the same thing happened and this time I finally slammed it down to Maria’s right hand side. We then ate 3 courses and were chatting away and I was chatting to Peter and Maria, just suddenly took the lamp and put it in the middle of the table again, blocking my view again of Peter! OMG I nearly hit her with it! 😆 she thought it was funny (I think). Her husband muttered something in her defence but by this time I was fuming so I think he may have wished he hadn’t 😱😂
