Today is the day! !
I’m on the ferry slowly making my way over to circular quay. I feel like a condemned woman walking to the gallows. I’ve just had my final meal of water melon. Okay, okay I’m exaggerating but saying ‘I’m going to climb the bridge today’ doesn’t make interesting reading does it! Ha ha
The last sights on the way to the gallows!

and there the gallows be.!! Ha ha

(don’t know why the photos are all blue ish. I don’t have a blue filter nor is it dawn! Actually I do know and I’m being a numpty. I’m sat on the ferry behind the glass dur)
Yayyyyy I did it. Actually to be fair my analogy of the condemned prisoner wasn’t far off the mark to begin with. .. the climb up and across the gantry (is that the right word) felt a bit like a prison, all metal and narrow walk ways. It wasn’t until you started to climb up and over that the walk ways became wider and even then you had metal bridge either side so it was even wider. So now I have sailed under the bridge on the ferry, travelled across it on the train and by car, walked over it and now climbed over it.

Wow how brave are you… You walked over the equivalent height of the London Eye . Can’t wait to catch up when you are back xxx
