So despite my sad news today I have to carry on so here’s some photos of Santiago. Firstly some of how the riots have left the city..

This used to be a hotel but is now a museum and the Beatles stayed here whilst in Chile. ..

We then drove through ground zero which has been totally destroyed by the riots….

Without minimising what happened with the rioting, which was horrible. I’m not sure what is just regular graffiti and what’s as a result of the riots 🤔

… to the tallest sky scraper in the south America’s, as pointed out in yesterday’s blog..

It’s 300 feet high. I keep meaning to Google what other building that’s equivalent to that you’d know..

I just think 30 mph or 30 kmh is very fast for a scooter to do, albeit one of the motorised ones that I’ve shown you before😂

So the tallest building is called Gran Torre Santiago at 300 metres and in comparison One World Trade Centre is 541 metres high and the Empire State Building is 431 so everything is still bigger in USA🤣
