I’ve left my hair straighteners at home😫😡😭. How on earth did that happen🤔. No hair washing for me for 3 weeks!

John was right this is a basic room. There’s no shower cap or slippers provided. Grrrr. 🤣.

I have to say that after our welcome chat last night I’m a tad worried about going to Cuzco in 2 days time.

Apparently it’s 2 miles high. Im guessing it’s not like getting to the base of mount snowdon and looking up and thinking crikey have we got to hike up there! I presume that’s above sea level and we just land there, ta dah.Altitude problems afoot I believe😭.

Anyway it’s a walking trip around Lima today so I’ll be back later with photos.

PS. Apparently drinking this will stop me having altitude problems. 🤔We shall see🤔

Okay so you’re probably way ahead of me here! Spot the recurring theme? Yes the scooters. So I asked what was with all the abandoned scooters to which he replied that they are like the bikes that we see in London and other places that people can scan their credit card into and scooter away. I just couldn’t get over how they weren’t parked up properly in scooter racks like the bikes are🤔

Have a 4.45 am start in the morning as travelling to Cuzco to get altitude sickness. Although today I did buy some coca sweets to go with the tea that I’m going to drink tomorrow😱
