Day 5 of 18 – Jasper and Medicine Lake and Maligne Lake

So we arrived in Jasper yesterday afternoon.

So let me tell you a bit about Geoff. His wife died suddenly when they were on holiday not too long ago.  He was two sons but James used to be Jennifer.  I’ll be asking more questions as the holiday progresses.  He has 3 tortoise and 4 rats (the rats belong to one of the sons as both have moved back home). And get this the tortoise hibernate in the salad compartment of the fridge😱. Who knew!

We’re off to more lakes today (Medicine and Maligne) and then this afternoon I’ll be on the river doing some river raft thing🤦🏻‍♀️

In between I’m hoping to catch the Villa game but I’m not sure what time it’s on over here🙄

We reckoned this was to warn the moose about the humans and not the other way around 😂
